@Xfinity Yes, 15 hours and counting with no service at my home in Miami. According to your app, about 5000 customers are affected by these undisclosed outrages.

@Xfinity @comcastcares What about an update? The last text I received stated we would be have our service restored at 3:06 PM central time. Still no service and no new update.

@thuringwethil66 @ATT I dealt with their bs for about a year, then told em to kick rocks. Went with Comcast six months ago. A little more money, but wanna know how many times I've lost signal, or had buffering issues?......zero. With ATT I couldn't download anything while streaming a movie.

@comcastcares I’ve had a line down in front of my house for 2 days and been on 4+ hours of calls with Xfinity over the past 3 days. They did not show up for a scheduled appointment yesterday and again today. Phone rep is not helping. Still on the phone. Help please.

Anyone else with Xfinity/Comcast get a weird “unable to verify server identity” notice and is unable to use their internet? Down Detector says something is going on with Xfinity/Comcast internet, but the Xfinity website service status says everything is fine. Probably down too.
