Friendly courteous staff. Wait time was 10 minutes. Dr. Ewa was very kind and explained things very well. She made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend my friends and family. My first visit was an emergency toothache. I got in and was taking care very fast. I am now getting braces this doctor is easy going. I will let you all know about my journey with my braces.

Dr. Ewa is an excellent dentist. I walked in this quaint office to get a quote as this was an office in my network. I got quotes from other dentists in regards to getting braces and they wanted almost 6k without teeth pulling or deep cleaning. Dr. Ewa gave me a quote that was half the price and teeth pulling and deep cleaning included. I am now almost 6 months in on my braces journey after 30 yrs of age. I see results already and I'm totally satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend Dr. Melissa Ewa at Gentle Dentle surprisingly in the Englewood neighborhood dont sleep on this gem!

They work with ALL insurances and even do a payment plan with you. They also know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable about their practices

Been trying to get a hold of the office for some time now.
I had an appointment a month ago and it was cancelled due to an emergency at their office, the message read that they'd reach out to reschedule but I've yet to get an update. Not only that, my husband has been going thru the process of repairing a chipped tooth, he was due for his final appointment as they ordered his crown, this all started since December. Overall, my husband's tooth repair is more urgent. He also had an appointment (this was scheduled after they reached out to confirm a new appointment) he showed up and the business was completely closed, they gave him no notice that they would be closed nor that his appointment was cancelled. This is my last hope to get in contact with someone at the office, we'd at least like some direction as to what my husband should do about his crown, if he can at least go to another establishment if they plan on no longer opening. Hoping to get some answers thru this review.

Even with an appointment you will be waiting almost an hour to be seen.

I was at this dentist last year this time. Was getting a root canal done only to return twice because I was in so much pain. Plus they only administer ibuprofen w/antibiotics. I came back and just asked for the tooth to be extracted. I had face numbness and really bad headaches for months. I think it was infected. I've been seeing a neurologist since!

Dr. Marilys Ewa received water damage restoration work for her Dental Center located at 2917 W 63rd Street in Chicago. She, to this date, after receiving insurance money from State Farm, has not satisfied her debt with our company of $18,000 plus for the work performed at her office, after getting heavy water damage through an upper ceiling area. Our company fronted all the money, supplies, equipment, labor for this job and we have received not one red cent, nor has she communicated with us as if this is just going to go away. We just want to get paid for our work we performed at her office. I think this makes her an untrustworthy person to do business with. We are willing to work something out with her to settle this important business.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. extremely unprofessional & poor work. One of the doctors literally forgot about my appointment & after waiting 30 minutes asked me to come back an hour later in the day. Also received a root canal that was extremely painful for it to have not been properly clean and is less than a year later failing and needing to be redone.
