Which is better, Stardust Cell or Dragon? ›

While it generally does less damage when it hits than the Stardust Dragon Staff, the Stardust Cell Staff is more consistent against fast-moving bosses such as Duke Fishron and the Empress of Light and they generally finish fights around the same time.

While it is a potent offensive set, Stardust armor has relatively low defense, and although its ability to attack any enemies that come within a far distance of the player compensates somewhat, the Stardust Guardian does not protect the user against projectiles which leaves them vulnerable.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stat bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits.

The Stardust dragon is more powerful, however, only when it's AI doesn't decide to start derping. If you're only focusing on a singular target or boss and there's no distractions around, Stardust dragon is better. Anything else, use terraprisma.

The Stardust Dragon Staff is useful for farming, as high-level summons of it are capable of killing even the toughest non-boss enemies. With proper summon damage bonuses, the Stardust Dragon can easily take out all bosses, including the Moon Lord.

The Stardust Dragon Staff is special in that if summoned more than once, multiple Dragons do not spawn — instead, the first spawned Dragon becomes longer by one segment for each additional summoning, broadening its area of attack and increasing its damage output.

Quantum-crystalline armor, also known as layered molecular armor and more informally known as quantum armor, was a defense mechanism designed to be an impenetrable defense. It was thin, light, and could easily withstand any force, regardless of types, magnitude, and/or directions.

Because the Terraprisma does not move through blocks, while arguably the best/highest damage summon weapon available, some players might opt for minions that ignore blocks altogether, such as Xeno Staff's UFO's.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure reference? The Stardust Armor set effect is very clearly a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure reference. Stardust Guardian shares the same figure, color scheme, armor, and function as Star Platinum, and the part it's from is called Stardust Crusaders. Any other "references" are purely coincidental.

The Moon Lord can be spawned by destroying the four Celestial Pillars or by using a Celestial Sigil in any world where Golem has been defeated. He will then spawn one minute after the status message "Impending doom approaches..." appears, or 12 seconds if spawned using the Celestial Sigil.

How rare is the Terraprisma? ›

The Diamond Staff is the strongest of the seven gem staves. It does a high amount of damage, has a high fire rate, pierces one enemy, auto-fires, and has a medium mana cost, making it a viable magic weapon in the early game if the resources to craft it can be found. Its best modifier is Mythical.

Stardust has appeared as a Secret Rare, an Ultimate Rare, and even a Collector's Rare, but the Ghost Rare version just can't be matched.

The Dragon can deal more damage than listed

The cap was once thought to be 1050 damage, but I then found my Dragon dealing 1200, which is now the current listed max. Still, this apparently isn't the maximum damage possible, as I noticed the Dragon's tail dealing 1219 on the Stardust Pillar.

If you have a “Stardust Dragon” on your side of the field when your opponent activates their Road, you can use it to negate their “Starlight Road.” You can do the same thing if you've got “My Body as a Shield” and “Starlight Road” is trying to destroy a monster you control.

For the rest of this turn, the monsters Synchro Summoned by this effect are unaffected by your opponent's activated effects. You can only use each effect of "Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon" once per turn.
